In fact I take back mutt as my favorite...it's jbennet....because in a thread where I made an uninformed statement..instead of tearing my head off...he "respectfully disagreed" with me...and menace...after being not so polite...changed his attitude and became very helpful...I never thanked him for that and I actually should have...menace(and many others on here)are very smart and well spoken...and when they take the time to rationally debate a topic with me...or any of the other novices..it means alot...it would be easier for them to just ignore us...I'm not kissin butt here...just stating the truth... ahhh....but mutt is still my favorite...can't help it:)

KC_72 Posts: 3,249 Joined: 2006/05/19	2006/11/10, 01:20 PM No...I'm not goin anywhere...I was just sayin' it must be strange when people just drop outta sight...it's not like you can call 'em up and say whats the deal...where ya been...take jeremymaza...he posted this and then took off...he was funny...always in trouble...some people like it dull...want things kept strictly on the up and up...which is quite understandable to a point...but if you want people to keep coming back...and to tell all there friends about this great site they belong to...things need to get at least a little personal.I truely enjoy alot of people on this site...and I enjoy them more for the fun stuff....than the how many reps I should do stuff.I don't know if I'm making any sense...I know the exercise advice is important...I've learned more from this site than going to any number of gyms...but it is fun to get to know all you guys on a different level is all I'm saying I guess.

Next year I'm supposed to have 8 people running it with me, but I'll believe that when I see the registration slips. I left for a while, because of all the repeat posts and i could only answer how to lose fat and build muscle so many times before, I just wanted to copy and paste a general thread link :)
