Hey, my name is Tommy, I have just started this supplement stack. 8mg(two tablets) of Ephederine, 325mg of asperin(one tablet) and 200mg of caffiene(one tablet). Taking it two times a day, will it be better if I just take it just once a day before I work out instead? The big question I am concern is will I know any side effects first before I have like sudden heartattack or something like that, will I know when to stop taking it or will I just drop dead (pass out). Again should I take it once a day or twice a day? I don't wanna take too little or too much. Please feed me some info of if I am okay to do this. i am in goodhealth. I really like this stuff the first time I tried it. By the way I work out six times a day,well fit, but need to lose my stomach fat or is it my babyfat? I am 21 years old 5'6 185 lbs fairly a big bulky guy. In one book it says to take 24mg Ephederine but I am only taking 16mg andonly two times a day, and is asperin safe to take along with it? I hear so many bad news about asperin like it makes your blood line thinner good or bad or other effects to it?
