I'm new to the community. Looking to have some fun, and a whole lot of sweat in the process. I was just looking around for an excersise routine when I fell upon FT. I'm hoping that the new year will be a success in my weight lost endeavors. I decided that I would train as if I'm training for a marathon. The truth...I'm trying to fit into a bikini for a cruise. Don't hit my level of motivation, the fact is, I've got it. I can't say it'll be easy to maintain that focus, but I'm here, aren't I. So keep me level, how about that!

Hi guys, I just started FT today. I know from past experience that once I get into the habit of diet and excessive it is very easy for me to loss weight. But I just had two babies 11 months apart, I have never been this over weight and it’s hard to get into a routine because I have such a crazy schedule. I am going to try though and I am motivated to fit back into my size 6 jeans! I hope this web sight can help. I even enrolled into 3 P.E classes at my college

Good luck, do lots of research on here, take advantage of the free exercise programs and come here for your support!
Welcome to FT and congrats on the babies, that is a tough road, but can be done as one from personal experience, myself, can account for. :)
