I started taking L-glutamine and whey protein once a day about 2 weeks ago. Since then I've noticed a dramatic strength increase (weights that I was struggling with are suddenly too light), reduced soreness, a little muscle growth, the list goes on and on. Are these two little things truly be making such a difference so quickly? I feel amazing!

It may be more mental than physical- but by all means exploit it!!! Keep it up and it could only get better.

L-Glutamine can definitely enhance recovery, especially so if dieting. And whey is always good, especially post workout.
