First I would start with looking at how many calories and fat are in these things. Turkey breast, bread, wraps, popcorn, yogurt, shake and even veggies may have more calories and/or fat than you realize. A lot of sodium also makes people gain weight, water weight. Especially in females. Sliced turkey will have a lot of sodium. Vegetables such as corn and peas are sweet and have more calories than you realize.
Second, even though you may be eating correctly you may be gaining more muscle. Since muscle weighs more than fat you may be gaining more muscle mass than fat mass. The plus side to this is the more muscle you gain, the more fat you lose. I tell my roommate to not focus on how much she weighs and more on her waist size, etc. She stalled at about 140 and went up about 2 or 3 lbs. I told her that her body was building her muscles up and that was the reason she was gaining. The all of a sudden about 4 weeks of that she knocked 10 lbs off like it was nothing.

How much are you gaining and what time are you weighing your self? You will weigh less in the Am then you do in the PM. I can gain almost 5 lbs during the day just by water and the food I eat.

I really think you are not eating enough for the amount of activity that you are doing. On the very high end it looks like you are probably eating only about 1300 calories a day, this is way to little if you are doing cardio 4-5 times a week plus weights 3 times a week. You could add cottage cheese with fruit in the mornings. Some whole wheat toast maybe with natural peanut butter, Tuna if you like, stuff like that. Also how long have you been working out? Sometimes it just takes a while. Dont loose hope.
