Your calories must be too high, try cutting out most of your carbs and increasing firbous veggies and see how it goes.

I have been working out for the last 2 mths and instead of losing weight I am gaining going from 190 to 210!!! I have been following the diet and excersizing 5 days a week! Im 5'3 and now beginning to look like a rectangle!!! My body build is short and stalky. In high school I did weight lifting, track, and basketball and even then it was hard to keep the weight off! Ive followed my plan givin to me here and added lots to it! Someone please help! Im ready to either go be a body builder or just quit before I get bigger than my husband!

The plan here puts me on 1732 cals while on SP where I lost the bulk of my weight I'm on 1200-1550 cal...so I'm also thinking you might be eating a bit too much. Try to tweak or plan a bit

This could also be part of your problem adding on to your workouts will also gain you some muscle mass maybe just stick to your plan light weights low reps, Also cut some of your cal intake would help. Hope this helps :big_smile:
