I don't like how they taste but I'm constantly craving them. Does this suggest that I just need more protein and my body is trying to share that fact with me? I take like 24g a day through protein bars and use a post workout shake that is about 52g. Also I try to eat fish, or chicken for at least one meal a day.

what are you aiming to do with your workout, primarily gain mass or stay lean? also what are your specs (height, weight, age)

52g protein in a serving might be a little too much depending on your total protein intake in a day...your body can definitely process it and use the amino acids to build muscle but not nearly as effeciently....say your intake is 200g daily and you eat 5 meals....so that 200/5=40g per meal...tho you can eat more in a meal than a snack......

you may crave these things because you're hungry and you're not consuming enough calories...or you are not eating sufficient amount of carbs and are craving them....
