my husband said he thought it is because i am not drinking enough water, so i start drinking more and still i don't really sweat. isn't there some thing wrong with that. I go to the gym 4 days a week and i see people sweating there a-- off and i wonder if i am just not working as hard!

what should you eat before and after working out? i am 5'2 110 pounds and i am trying to gain muscle mass. not a lot just enough to tone up those imperfect areas

I could be wrong, but I think the amount you sweat is directly proportional to how well your body processes food and water, and how "in-shape" you are. If you are just starting to work out, you won't sweat as much, but once your body starts becoming more efficient, you will sweat more.
Good luck!

Hmm, I sweat like a pig when I work out lol. I think it has to do more with your sweats glands. Because we have a guy at work who just sits there sweating all day long.
-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Like mmaibohm, I too sweat like a hog in July when I work out. I can't figure out what it's all about, because my dad and a friend of mine sweat as much as me, but they're skinny as hell! I think salt has to have something to do with it.
-------------- Peace!

I didn't think girls sweated anyway. I thought they glowed.
Well that's what my Mum told me.
