Hi, I'm trying to get back into working out, it's been a year since I last hit the gym. I just subribed to FT.com and I got my workout for the week, but I noticed it didn't include any type of workout for my abs? Why is that? Also I'm alittle confused as to how many sets I should do, under the set# column it shows 1,2,3,4 and 5, is that telling me that on the same day I do 1 st of how ever many reps then follow with 2 sets of how ever many reps and so on? Please help. :)
You may have to sign up separately for the 12-week ab blast workout if yours didn't come with it. I know that abs are included when you join FT Professional.
As far your program, there should be 3-4 sets per exercise. You may notice that the # of reps. decrease. Here you want to increase weights as the # of reps. decrease.
