I want to know since i want to become a bodybuilder, will it change my life.Like how people see me what they thuink of me and how like I view life

Yes but maybe not the way you expect it. Bodybuilding teaches discipline just like any other demanding activity(martial arts, organized sports, etc)...you will need to dedicate 24-7....to bodybuilding....in essence....it's life long commitment....You make a dedication to eat healthy, train consistantly, sleep well, and stay informed about fitness/health information available to the public.

Is it important how others view you? Perhaps...But it's more important how you view yourself...some people often have stereotypical views of certain types of individials(some consider bodybuilders dumb muscleheads or assume they are all juicers..etc)....but this is unimportant....There will always be ignorant people in this world...so no point worrying about them....

Becoming a bodybuilder is a desire to look better, live better, feel better, and be a more productive and informed person.

good luck

Yep, I think the same as Menace... I don't care about what other people think, it's just for me...
My girlfriend doesn't like it

Yes, you have to love it. The training is the easy part. The eating part is the part that will be really difficult at first and then ease into only moderately difficult. A strict bodybuilding diet will -at least while cutting- be the ultimate challenge. Over all you have to be driven to see results. I have always seen people in the gym who work out hard and year after year look the same. A little fat, no stronger, etc. They work out hard then go drink beer and eat pizza. To really bodybuild you have to give your diet 100%!!! OK...95%!!

yeah i can say that diet part is the toughest.. i just started eating clean and healthy food.. and man.. does it feels good.. to know that u r eating healthy.. but man!!! the craving when u pass near a pizza shop or fast food...

i'm missing those gravies and high fat foods i use to eat.. but am trying to cope it.. why.. just b'coz i think these people who are living like the way they say make more sense then all the people who talk a lot but do nothing by themselves... as charles said.. dedication and commitment is the key.. the goal is THERE!!!..

and believe me.. with better health and shape ... comes confidence... and thats the key to success

it's weird but I never crave any junk food....I actually have a dislike for it....I might go for pizza with my friends every 2-3 weeks....but I usually feel like crap afterwards....so i jsut stay away from such stuff all together....dito jack in the box(same stuff as Mcdonalds on west coast...open 24-7 near me)....can't stand it.....even their 'healthy' options....

I might endulge myself once every blue moon just for the hell of it....like eat half a gallon of ice cream lol....and then suffer....cuz i am lactose intolerant.....lol....

Really menace I totaly love pizza. For me it's a power food lol. When I eat 3 slices before a work out I seem to have way more energy then when I eat my normal 8 egg whites and oats. Well to each there own :)
