Due to extra time at work for the past 4 weeks, I have only gotten in a 3-4 days the whole month of aerobic and weight training. Getting on the scale this morning, I have lost 10 lb since last month. Can note smaller arms, ab, dimples in the thighs. So, starting tomorrow, will begin my exercise routine again, 3-4 days a week to once again work on muscle mass and hiit aerobic activity. Since my weight was stubbornly hanging around when I busting my butt, I now wonder if I should intentionally try this cycle again.....not work out for a while and then work feverishly after the break?? What do you think?
