I start the workout program next week because i am a new member. I realize the plan only allows you to view the first week workout, but i was wondering if the workouts ever change from week to week such as the intensity or amount of reps, and types of exercises you do. Will it change when you input your days workout data or what?
Normally when you finish a routine, then you select a new one. You try to progress as much as possible with the routine provided till it is ended, then choose a new one.
