Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
It's easy to get into shape but harder to stay that way. The link below came out of the fit buddy search at the bottom of the page. 40 or 50 answers to that question. It's easiest if you set short tem goals, like lose 5 lbs or lose one clothing size. It's also easier to stick to your food plan if you only cook enough to satisfy the need (at least at first). Also for those foods that aren't good for you - don't have them in the house and they can't be eaten. :) Good luck and welcome to the site.
