Hey,
It would be best to train both arms with the same weight. Trust me; you're left arm will catch up with the right.
I am in the same boat you are. I was advised to do both evenly. Example: You can start the sets with 15 lbs. Always start with the weaker arm first and when you're done with that arm, do the same number of reps on the other arm. In your case, you would be starting with the left arm.
It might seem a whole lot easier on the right arm for that 15 lbs., but after time ,patience, and execution, your left arm will catch up with your right arm.
Just some advice I was given here; and it works!

alot fo it is proanly no cordnation in the left arm, not that its weaker.......if possible start doing more stuff with the left arm.....everyday tasks.....that will help build cordnation

sorry lol....need to put my contacts in....
Most of this weakness is probably due to lack of cordnation.......start performing everyday tasks with the left arm.....lil writing... stuff like that. Do one arm miltary presses.....this will build cordnation....
Way to be a smart ass on your 1st post
