so mon to fri, i go to the gym, i will jog for 30 mins, then after that,i do 5 sets of 20 reps on two abs machines each, then do 3 reps of 60 each on the butterfly machine for the chest, then i bench 50 pounds(im a rookie)4 sets of 12, i used to be 300 pounds, now im 175, but i still have a few fats left on my chest, love handles, back sides, and i still have 30% of my belly left, so will my 30 min jog and my work out being done 5 days a wee kand eating 900cals mon to fri help me get toned and cut?

Do your weights before your cardio.

Unless you are a pixie 900 calories is nowhere near enough, and your metabolism will go into shutdown, hanging onto every last pound of fat it can. Get a calorie estimate from the nutritional profile here.* Try it for 2 weeks and if you don't lose any weight cut back by 250 calories. Repeat from *

good luck

I suggest you do weight training first...and focus on big/compound exercise....and do them as a circuit....you're training like 1/10 your muscles....and when you do cardio do it either ond ay off or after weight training...and focus on boosting the intensity at least every couple of weeks...no point in jogging for 30 min 5 days a week......it's like benching 50 lb for the next 30 years when you train....point in cardio training just like in weight lifting is to progressively improve with each workout....

900 calories doesn't cut it....that's the type of liquid diet...a 400-500lb individual might be put on to create a huge drop in weight because health concerns outweigh anything else...

focus on eating 3 solid meals a day and eat 2 healthy snacks on top of that.....eat 2000+ calories a day...remember as you build muscle, your metabolism will increase and you'll burn more calories.....
