everyday for 2 hours??? doing what, weightlifting? if so, you should know that after about an hour of lifting, cortisol production increases to the point of overtaking testosterone production, which can be very detrimental to muscle building. Also, you need rest days or you will overtrain.

I'm satisfied at 140lbs and 6 foot... It's a great weight class for me to be fighting in (135) and I don't see a need to gain extra weight just to be bigger. Not everyone is looking to get huge... For some of us, a little more mass or definition, or in my case, strength and speed, serve our needs just fine.

Since i have never done any sport that required weight class' i never even thought about that. If theres no need to make a weight class i dont see any reason why not be big and thick, this is the strength section and Iv found the easyist way to get stronger is to get heavyer.

Some people desire "relative" strength rather than overall strength. You are right, it is easier to get stronger if you are heavier, but I have always enjoyed being the lightweight lifting with the football team...
