Hello Everyone!~ Once again I find myself living on this board! Does anyone know of a high protein diet so I can get my abs to show? What do you eat daily? I am working out 3 times a week, aerobics unfortunately are on the same day. I eat 5-6 meals a day drink 128 oz of water a day.. eat tuna, chicken and veggies, egg whites wheat toast etc.. any suggestions? Thanks!
