just wondering how many others have the windsor pilates...any successes with it?..thanks for the input

I don't have windsor pilates but I do take a pilates/yoga class at the Y and it is amazing!! Our instructor is very good about variations so you don't get bored. You may not feel like you're doing a lot of work, but you will notice the results in a short amount of time.

I don't have the windsor pilates, but I do have a weight loss pilates dvd and I love it...it's ver interesting. Challenging and relaxing at the same time!

I have the windsor pilates set and I love it! (granted, it's getting a little dusty just sitting on top of the dvd player....but hey) You'll be very suprised at how much stonger you are after the first week.....trust me, you'd never have thought that your abs could hold you up in such akward positions!!!
