Your "wings" do you mean your lats? I will tell you now if you want to build your wings a must do are wide grip pull ups as many as you can or even weighted if possible I do 5 sets of 10 with a 15 lb dumbell between my legs. You can also do deadlifts, bent over barbell or dumbells rows, pull downs, wide grip seated rows. I hope this gives you some ideas. make sure your diet is up to par and good luck
