I just started my first "strength and mass" program by FT. From the looks of it, im gonna be in a lot of pain...but thats not unusual for me. Any tips on next day soreness relief? And one last question: Ive looked for the posts on Box squats and Speed Bench from gatormade but haven't been able to find them...can you repost them under here gator? I would greatly appreciate it. If not its all good. Take care people.
