Hey kids. Today I am restarting my program AGAIN after dragging my feet. I've been off for over a month and still lack the motivation but am going to work out REGARDLESS today. Lots of personal stuff have been going on and it's been hard to honestly care about throwing the weights around. But, here goeth.
Luckily, my obliques are still smiling at me, but my unsightly thighs detract my eyes. :( Let's hope I stick to it this time. Thanks thus far for all the kind words of support and motivation.

Welcome back, again, shakkai!!!

The strength you gain from exercising will carry over into your personal life as well. Get strong, be strong!! You can do it!

Well, I worked out last night and it felt great! I wasn't in a hurry and did the best I could... however, it is apparent that EITHER the different exercises are causing a dip in my progress chart OR I inputted my previous weight lifted amount wrong. Either way, it felt great to get back into the swing of things and I hope hope hope hope I can keep my butt in gear. Thanks all.

This feels great being back. Last night I even did went for a walk/jog. While I am also currently lifting weights I am doing a "Couch to 5K" program offered on www.coolrunning.com. While I realize that I cannot bulk up and cut at the same time, I figure having SOME cardio ain't all that bad, and I'm hoping it will help with the fat on my thighs and butt.
Last night was the first itme I could complete a jog as dictated by a program so I'm very excited. Tonight is arms and abs... MAN IT FEELS SO GOOD TO BE BACK, even if I am have fallen back a little bit.
