I just started working out and I was wondering about suppliments for women. Any recommendations as far as protein and how much?

Just eat isocaloric..this is normally the optimum approach. So, say 40/30/30, p/c/f. From this macro ratio, and your daily caloric allowance, it is simple to figure your daily protein intake. Supplemental protein in most cases is not necessary if adequate dietary protein can be had.
