even tho i am a teen, I still get periods like all you women out there do lol;)

But i have noticed that when the months I have ate more healthier and exercised more my periods are sooo light!

Mine are light to begin with. I am usualy very light only lasting two days

But the months that I am focusing just on lifting weights exercising and eating healthy, I only get about 5 drops in my pad throughout the afternoon and then I am done for the month!

I am really concerned. Only getting 5 drops of blood for your period is very wierd to me.

Has anyone else noticed this also?

and don't worry...no chance for me being pregnant lol

Now that you mention it, I think mine are lighter, too. Not to mention my PMS is much improved.

That is very light - but since your periods were light to begin with I don't know that I'd worry too much about it - you can go into a state of amenorrhea when your body fat gets very low, usually under 12% - but from your prior posts I don't recall yours being that low. Personally I'd trust my instincts and as long as my energy was up and I felt well overall I wouldn't be concerned. I tend to stay away from doctors at all costs, though, so take my advice with a grain of salt. :)

I wouldn't worry about it too much. You are still a developing young woman. You may also skip a month or two, it is very normal. Wait until you have children, those 1-2 days might be gone forever. :) LOL

Mine have become lighter and shorter as well. The more active I have become and with the loss of body fat.

Overall like Jessica said as long as your energy is up and you feel good, do not sweat the small stuff. If it really concerns you see a gyn.
