hello... my name is mick and i just began my definition exercises. i was just wondering if my age (14) is a good age to start at. plus i only have dumbells so i only have 20 pound dumbell weights. is this good for me? should i wait until im 16? please answer i dont want to injure myself.

I would normally say there is no problem with lifting at the age of 14, but, and I say BUT....20lbs is to heavy for starters. You WILL injure yourself. But then again, you don't say how big you are.

You'll need somebody to guide you. Don't manipulate weights by your own with the risk of any injures.
