Hello Maria. I am new here as well. I completely understand about needing the motivation. I sometimes get up and think to myself " I dont feel like it today, I will do it tomorrow". If I had someone else to do this with then I would be more likely to get up and say " Hey, get up. Someone else i counting on me to do this" and I would be more likely to do it.
Yap....i'm sure that will help somehow :P but the main thing to do a workout is " A PUSH " :D to be honest its pretty hard for me, to get up from the bed and start working out.... xD but once i'm up for it...and feel that fire in the muscles >: D i can really burn pretty much calories :P
its gonna be fun to have a partner and ask daily if they did workout...what workout they did for what long and also to discuss about the nutritions and food ; ) so i'll volunteer to be a workout partner :P hope to have a reply soon :D see yaaaa
Hi everyone. I just joined this site (& group) today. My name is Shasta. I'm looking to find a workout partner. I try to stay motivated on my own, but sometimes that just doesn't work. I want someone to help me push myself & get better results
