okay i started my routine today and have questions....
1. when they say 20 reps, do they mean 20 x's on each leg, arm etc...?
2. on donkey calf raises, how do you use weights to do that excercise? or do u NOT use wieghts?

20 reps = 20 repetitions of whatever exercise you're doing....if you're doing exercise with both arms or legs..then do each rep with both arms...if it's unilateral exercise...where you do each arm/leg separately then each rep is when you do both left and right arm/leg...lunges is unilateral....so lunging on each leg is 1 rep....
u can do donkey calf raises on a machine or on a block with weights ...barbell/dumbells...or do it like arnold and have ur friend sit on ur back....LOL(just kidding)....

I was supost to start workout but i am not sure on one thing i broke my arm and am not suppost to do heavy lifting with it so if the routines consist of lifting with your arms should i skip it or should i just put off til the arm heals?
