I went on and recieved a fitness program for lifting weights 2 days a week. They give you a program and the sets, reps, and the weight that you put back into the computer when you done to keep track of your progress. My question is since I have 4 sets with different reps do I use the same weight in the beginning or should I start off with low weights for the higher reps and add poundage the less reps I go? I am going for leanness and loss weight. Thanks for all who reply

This is what he means is right:

"I start off with low weights for the higher reps and add poundage the less reps I go"
