I have recently started a two day split routine.

Chest/Shoulders on Day 1 and 3

Legs/Back/Biceps or Day 2 and 4

20 minutes of cardio before each workout
on every day.

I don't train triceps directly as I get
enough gains from my chest exercises.

Routine Chest/Shoulders

Bench 4 x 8 to 12 reps (1 minute rest between sets)
Flies 3 X 12 flat bench flies
Dips 4 x as many as possible Dips

Military Press 4 X 8
Lateral Dumbbell Raises 3 X 12
---------------

Legs/Back/Biceps

Squats 4 X 8-10
Calves 4 X 15-20

Close Grip Pulldowns 4 X 8-10
Wide Grip Pulldowns Behind Back 3 X 10
Chin Ups 4 X as many as I can

Preacher Curls 4 X 8-10
Dumbbell Curs 3 X 8-10

Good gains, not creating DOMS.

ALSO for supplementaion I take Glutathione.

Glutathione helps with recovery, energy.

You're doing those workouts twice a week? That's a lot of sets
for a full body split twice a week. Are your muscles still sore from previous workouts(i.e chest & shoulder from day one still pretty sore on day three)? If the answer is yes, then maybe drop the amount of sets by 1 or 2. You may be doing too much and not letting your muscles recover properly. This will actually stunt your muscle growth.
If the answer is no, then you're an animal my friend!
How is your nutrition? Are you getting enough clean calories? You'll see the best growth from eating a ton of the cleanest calories possible during this cycle.
