ok i need a little bit of help.

I don't want to go gym because i'm skinny and honestly pretty embarrassed, so bought adjustable dumbbels for myself. Can you help me out with a program to get maximum results as quick as possible because the main muscles I do want to work out are my shoulder, bicepts, tricepts, chest and abs. Basically upper body and I don't really aim to get fully massive but atleast decent enough to look presentable in a singlet if you know what I mean. I know its alot to ask but please help me?

i would suggest using the workout program under the fitness program button. you can customise it to suit your needs

I would try to buy a barbell set (300 lb if possible) then I would start a program such as Starting Strength II 5x5(you can wikipedia it or look it up on bodybuilding.com) or you can try Bill Starr's 5x5 program.

You need to focus on big lifts such as full range of motion barbell squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, bench presses, rows, as well as chin ups, dips, etc.
