Ok well now, my scheduale has changed due to football, im currently in track, and football has started to use the weight room for there purposes, and track now has to lift at 6 am in the morning, i need some help with some foods that i can cook the night before so i can eat after my work out session cuz once im at school i can not return home on time to make it to school
so basically what im assking for is
-food that can be prepared the night before to eat at school due to the fact that i wont be at home to make it for breakfest
You are pretty limited to choices to take. You can take a can of tuna and a can opener. Fruit would be a good idea to bring with you as well. um...I don't really know. I'm sure there will be many more suggestions.
