My work schedule is the following: work 9am-9pm for 4 days, off 4 days, work 9pm to 9am, off 4 days, work 9am to 9pm, off 4 days, etc. I am wanting to compete in a fitness/figure competition and need some suggestions on a good workout schedule and eating schedule for my work schedule. I feel lost right now trying to come up with something that works. Also, how many months, realistically, should I give myself before a competition? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!:)

Fill out your profile, tell us a little about your training history. Are you starting from scratch, or did you used to lift, have you been lifting lately? What is your diet like, height, weight, etc.

I thing anyone would struggle to get a training session in after a 12 hr shift. Are you saying you can train before or after work?. Stipulate when you can realistically train during the week and fill out your profile
