I work 12hour night shift three days one week-
four days the next. I find myself not really feeling like eating during the day, and having munchies at night.
This is even the case on my days off! :(
I'm not sure the best way to coordinate my eating and work schedule with my work schedule. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what do you do?

I also work nightshift and mealtimes can be wierd.
In the diets and nutrition board under the thread "starting over again II" I have posted some of my meals - have a look, and see if it helps

pooglet, you don't happen to work for experian do you? LOL That is the same schedule I work. When I start to fell hungry I will eat almonds, wheat crakers with Tunafish, or different kinds of fruit. Good Luck!
