I work midnights and cannot seem to find a good time to work out. I am exhausted after I get off work at 7 am and then tend to sleep right up til time to go nack to work at 7 pm .Any good ideas on how and when to work out? Which is better when I go home at 7am or try to wake up early and work out before I go in at night?
I had that kind of schedule for several years and didn't like it but things worked out. Working out at the end of a shift didn't work for me since once I got pumped up, there wouldn't be any sleeping for awhile. I have never slept for more than 4 or 5 hours so working out before work was better for me. Try both and see what works for you.
