Hey All, I am new to the FT site and it looks nice so far!
Well I have changed jobs and gotten married and bought a house and had kids since I last was working out. A lot has changed. Here is what is driving me back to the gym. My 3 year old princess said (while at the dinner table)"I am going to eat all my dinner to grow big like Daddy!" Which seems awesome right? Well then she patted her belly!!! Man did we laugh. Seems I need to change my fitness and start being a better influence so here I am learning what has changed in the ten years since I last worked out. Thanks in advance to any help/info you all can share. I look forward to getting back into the shape I carried when I was younger...
Your daughter should be a very good motivator to get back into shape. There's no better heroes than parents. Plus if you are setting a good example, there's less of a likelihood that she'll grow into those unhealthy habits that lead to obesity.
