I am 23 5'7 150lbs. I have a really fast metabolism and have a hard time gaining weight. I am in the gym four times a week and eat what i'm able. I'm limited in finances as is most people i'm sure. I know eating right is a huge factor weight lifting and gaining, but because i'm limited. I'm looking to see if they're other things I can do to gain, healthy gain. I appreciate the comments. Thanks.
