I just have a question about working out. I purchased the an aerobic tape that does cardio with some strength training. I would like more than what they offer for my arms. I enjoy the tape. I just want to add more to my arm workout. I plan to do my tapes in the mornings before going to work.
I wanted to know if it is ok to do the tapes with the little that they offer for arms and then do more strength training (similar to the work-at-home section here) after work in the evening. My arms are fat. My goal is not only to slim them down, but also tone them up.

Oh, I forgot to mention that these would be done on the sae day. I am aware that you have to let your muscles rest. So, I plan to do it every other day.
