I have been in the gym now for 4 weeks. I do 45 minutes of cardio, and lower and upper body exercises. How Can I improve my workout plan without becoming bored with it?

One way to keep your exercise plan from not going stale is to alternate types of exrcise you do for a specifac muscle. It will also benefit growth.
