Hi, I play college basketball and this will be my senior/4th year playing. I workout hard and a lot over the summer and loose about like 10+ lbs doing so b/c I'm not at college w/ a 3 meals a day buffet. I like being that fit and thinner and all muscle but when I go back to college I gain that weight back. I really dont want to get that weight back so I wanted to know if anyone knew of a suppliment that might help me get tone and keep it since I will be working out from May to Feb07 with the season.
