I have been working out for 2 months now. I do cardio 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week and do weight training 2 days a week. I am 5'3 and weigh 170lbs. I weighed 170 before I started working out. I have decreased my calorie intake daily, but am getting frustrated that I am not seeing results. I don't even notice my clothes fitting better. Any advice? (For Cardio I run 5k in 28 min and then ride bike for 15min, or use the elipical trainer for 20 min and bike for 30min. Some days I just run 30 min.) Please help!!

your body thinks its starving! you get less protein all day then what you should get in one meal. Check out the diet thread that asimmer has in the general forum. It is listed under wssc diet thread... good luck!
