Just a query to make sure that I am on the right track. My total calories is 1905 so using the different categories of food I work out my calories and also my daily intake of protein, carbs and fats from this as well. Then from here I work out a menu plan. Thanks Charmaine

Sounds like you have the idea. Good luck to you Charmaine. Also, if you aren't already doing it, a good quality multi vitamin/mineral helps along the way.
