Hi Chiisu,
I am a soldier and we work out quite often during training, on average 4-6 hours a day. I am not an expert but, I would reccomend not working out 8 hours a day - every day.Give your muscles and body a chance to rest. maybe 8 hours 2 - 3 days of the week and include low-impact fatburn exercise like: fast walking 45-60 mins. You may also encounter problems with your flexibility. If your worked out 8 hours each day, not giving your body time to rest. Remember when strectching to relax, breath and focus on form. Good luck & keep up the good work.

Working out that long can become counterproductive. What are your goals?

8 hours a day doing and for what? 8 hours of skill training will be far different than 8 hours of weight lifting.

Iron and chalk.

Pain is only temporary, it is in your mind. If you can still walk, then you can still run.

* hours a day isn't necessary. Somewhere between 1 and 2 is a pretty good medium.
