It is bad to work out if you are still a bit sore. I was really sore after working out my bi and tricepts last thursday. Today (monday) I am working on chest and tricepts. My right arm is completly healed and my left arm is half a day behind my right arm. It doens't hurt that bad at all, but it is still a very little bit painful when I extend my arm. I'm going to work out. I figure since that it isn't terrible in the least that it is ok.
Anyone want to recommened that from now on wait until you are 100 percent recovered before you work out the muscle again. Or if you are 90 percent, that its ok to work out.

No, if it is DOMS, then go ahead and work out. Active recovery is great for this. You may go a bit lighter in the activity, but go for it.

Working out while a little sore will actually help because the extra blood flowing to those muscles will remove the lactic acid that has been built up which gives you the sore feeling.

Keep on training but try to avoid the most sore muscles or/and do several reps with moderate resistance.
Often you'll feel that the muscles hurt a lot less after the warm up and even after the training. :dumbbell:
