I have a general question. If I were to workout my chest, should I just focus on two specific areas, such as upper lower, per chest workout, or is it okay to work upper, outer, lower all in one workout?
in general it is best to hit atleast 3 areas of your chest during a chest session. The first exercise should always be the area which is the weakest or the area which you wish to improve on the most.
