At the moment I am working legs and shoulders one day, triceps and back together another day and biceps and pecs together another day. I was wondering if it is okay to do a biceps and pecs workout the day after triceps and back as my triceps are usually a bit sore the day after working out. Would this be bad for my pec workout as triceps are used in the pec workout.
Any advice would be great
