Hi, my name is Yumi.
I've been always a chubby girl since baby time. I've lost about 10 lb 4 years ago when I got divorce from not eating too much. I'm small, 5 ft, but large bone. I was down to 118, when I srated going to gym. First year was not productive as I didn't know too much about training. From second year, I started gaining muscle and losing fat. When I went down to 113, I hit platou. My goal is 108. Then, I had visitors for about a week, and I gained to 120. People doesn't notice I gained weight, but some of my clothes doesn't fit anymore.
I started new exercise schedule about a month ago.
2 days of weight training
3 days of 80 min cardio (20 min eachin 4 different machines)
2 days of circit training
I'm trying not to bing eat, as it is my eating problem.
Since my LBM is something like 90 lb, how low can I make my calorie intake? I've lost 2.5 lb in past month, but I want to accelate it bit more.
Thanks in advance

Yumi,
It sounds to me like you might be overtraining your body. Are you tired throughout the day? 80 minutes of cardio 3 times a week without a tight nutrition plan seems a little overboard. There's some certified trainers here, and also some help with eating and diet difficulties in it's own forum. Pending what the moderators say, I would advise to do at least 3 days of resistance training and do cardio afterwards or at least 3 times a week for 30-50 min and get adequate rest (7-8 hours). As far as calories, as long as you're burning more than you're consuming, you should have a regular intake of 2,000 or close to it. Once you start hitting a plateu, it means you're body is sensing it is running low on fat stores, and there is no real 'safe' way to excellerate it. Use the Nutrition Tracker here free on the site, it gives you a really good idea of what caloric intake you should be at, and you can track daily what you eat.
I hope this helps. Hang in there and take care of yourself! I'm experienced in athletics, but still learning in the personal training area. Anyone else have other suggestions?
Josh

Also,
Use the 'photo showcase' and create a profile and goals so others here can give targeted and specific advice based on your body type, physical fitness, and experience. This is a great site! Good luck!
