If your able to do Squats...they helped mine alot when I was younger. That is if your able to do them.
Any kind of upper back and trap work will help as well.
Also strengthening your abs and midesection will help and help with any back issues you may or maynot have.
Alot of it will come from what YOU do and how YOU carry yourself. Need to work on throwing the head back a lil and standing up straight and contracting your abs to supper your torso.
May want to check with a doc and make sure there's no structure damage as well.

Can anybody suggest a workout(or group of exercise) to correct Slouched Posture....For those who dont know what does a Slouched Posture means.....here are the characteristics>>
Head Forward or Slouched Posture:
1)rounded shoulders
2)head forward, rounded upper back
3)arched lower back
4)protruding buttocks
Please help me by providing your valuable suggestions...:)
