This workout isn't for the faint of heart and is only for the dedicated, and physicotic lifter.....
Squat 275xcircut of failure (do the weight 10-12 times them your partner goes, go until every lifter in the circut can only manage a whopping 0 reps)
Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Hack Squat -circut 2x8
Partial Deadlifts, 3x1x1
Bench Press 5x4x3x2x1+neg
Smith Machine Military 8x8x6
Front R. Side R. Calbes-rear delt, circut 2x8
Bent over Row 8x8x6
Lat Pull Down 8x8x6
Pull up Machine half body weight to failurex2
Neg Pull Upx5
Tri-Extension Cables 2x8
Curls, (dumbell down the rack, starting at a weight you can do 12 reps with go up the until you get to the point where you can only curl 3 reps, then go back down trying to add to 1 rep succesivley.)
Dumbell Crunches 2x25
Well, that's the hard day....On the very next day
Do leg Extension and leg curl with extremely light weight for 1x25 reps just get blood into the muscle.
