Monday | Day 1 - legs
Tuesday | Day 2 - shoulders - calves
Wednesday | Day 3 - rest
Thursday | Day 4 - back - forearms
Friday | Day 5 - chest - calves
Saturday | Day 6 - triceps - biceps
Sunday | Day 7 - Rest

Thats my Weekly program but the only problem i have here is that i can only workout Mon- Fri and im unable to workout on the weekends

can anyone gave me a solution to this ?

Make Saturday and Sunday your recovery days...Why are you working your calves 3 days a week? Don't forget your abs...

2 days on for weights and 30 min. cardio
wed....................45 min cardio
