I work out every weekday first thing in the morning. This includes cardio, weight training, stretching and at some point eating. Can someone tell me what order I should do these in. I have read contradicting articles about eating before your morning workout. Should I eat before or after I work out..or both. Should I stretch first or at the end. Would it be better to do my cardio first and the weight training. So many options..which one is the optimal?

Eat, weight lift, protein shake, cardio. 1hr after workout, eat again, then every 3 hours. Don't ever let yourself feel hungry.
