Hello everyone, Im looking for advice on gaining muscle mass and gaining weight. I am 16 and I weigh 125 lbs and 5'5. I have a TSA-2000 weight machine so I think I would be able to do a variety of workouts. Any advice would be helpful im tired of being skinny.

Other than like protein shakes, what else can be effective to help gain muscle mass?

You've probably already read it but it's mostly about overall diet plan and not just protein shakes. If you haven't already done so, take a minute to check out the workout plans at the Fitness Plan tab at the top of the page. I don't know anything about your machine but you can do a fair workout with just about anything as long as you stick with it. You may out grow it fairly fast but that's a sign of success.

Also stretching tips. I learned a couple of things in gym class but it seems like they dont work. I get them mostly in the summer when sports start to kick in especially basketball. I'll stretch then workout my legs or play hoop. Med-way in either one ill get the baddest charlie horse ever. It happens quite frequently too.

Do a search for "stretch" at the bottom of the page and you'll find of ton of posts (and differing opinions) on that. Personally, I use my warm up sets in lieu of stretching. If anything, I'll do some static stretches after a workout, especially when I'm working chest.
